Refund Policy
Conditions for Requesting a Refund
A refund can be requested within the first 30 days after purchase. A product refund will only be issued if you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect product according to the purchase order. The product must be in its original condition, unused, and with intact packaging.
Refund Request Process
To initiate a refund, send an email to contacto@adisho.mx with your order number, the reason for the request, and whether you require a replacement to be sent at no additional cost or a refund. You must provide a photo of the damaged or incorrect products. Once we receive your request, we will evaluate the situation and notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund.
Exceptions
Refunds will not be offered for personalized or special offer products.
Approved Refunds
If your refund is approved, the amount will be automatically returned to your original payment method within 10 business days.
If you haven't received the refund within the indicated period, first check with your bank or payment provider, as it may take time for the refund to be processed. If you still haven't received the refund, contact us at contacto@adisho.mx.
